Typing your name and selecting Sign agreement is your electronic signature, with the same effect as signing by hand, under the US E-SIGN Act and the Philippine Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792). We record your name, email, the date and time, your IP address, the agreement version and a fingerprint of the exact text you read, and email you a copy of the record.
